Income disclosures for the WeShare partner program.

Important: Read this entire disclaimer before you join WeShare or make any decision based on what you might earn.
OrenGen Worldwide LLC (“OrenGen”) makes no guarantee, representation or warranty about the income you may earn in WeShare. A commission is earned only when a customer credited to you pays OrenGen for an eligible product or service and that payment clears. No collected payment means no commission. Nothing is guaranteed in advance: not an amount, not a number of customers and not an override.
Partners are independent contractors paid by commission only. Income and results are not guaranteed. WeShare partners are not employees of OrenGen. There is no salary, wage, draw or advance against commission, and each partner is responsible for their own taxes and business expenses. Joining is free, and no purchase is required to join, stay in or earn in the program.
Your results depend on your own effort, skill, time, relationships and audience, the quality of your outreach, market conditions, customer demand, how well you follow the program rules, and many other factors outside OrenGen’s control. You may earn little or nothing, and your results may be very different from anyone else’s.
Every WeShare commission is a percentage of Net Commissionable Revenue: the money OrenGen actually collects from the customer, less refunds, credits and chargebacks, and excluding taxes, pass-through advertising spend, third-party licenses, pass-through services and other third-party costs that OrenGen designates as non-commissionable. Each rate applies the same way to the setup fee and to each recurring payment.
The Affiliate setup and residual percentages, the Affiliate override and the payout schedule are published on the WeShare Affiliate Program page. Those rates and payout terms are the only figures OrenGen publishes about partner pay. They are program terms, not typical earnings and not a prediction of what you will earn.
A commission rate is a share of Net Commissionable Revenue, credited before your own costs. It does not account for:
A residual is paid on a customer’s eligible monthly recurring revenue only while that customer stays active, paying and eligible. A “lifetime residual” means for the life of that customer’s active, paying account. It is not a payment for your lifetime or for any fixed period, and it ends when the customer leaves or stops paying.
An override is earned only on customer sales by the Affiliates you personally sign up, one level only: nothing is paid on sales by Affiliates whom your sign-ups sign up. An override is paid on top of the other partner’s commission and never reduces it. It is earned only from actual customer sales that clear payment, so it depends entirely on what the partners you sign up actually sell. Nothing is paid just for signing up a partner. You may never earn an override.
A commission is held for 7 days after the customer’s payment clears, then reviewed and approved. OrenGen may hold it longer while it reviews a possible refund, chargeback, duplicate order, fraud or breach of the Partner Terms. Payouts are made every Friday and include commissions approved through the previous Sunday. Payouts are sent in U.S. dollars through Stripe Connect once your approved balance is at least $25; a smaller balance carries forward to the next payout. WeShare is open to U.S. partners only, and you need a U.S. Stripe Connect account to be paid. Your Stripe Connect setup and IRS Form W-9 are collected when your first payout is due, not at sign-up. When funds reach your bank depends on Stripe and your bank.
If a customer payment is refunded, credited or charged back, the commission and any override on it are adjusted to match. An adjustment can reduce or reverse a commission that was already credited to you.
If you leave WeShare in good standing, everything that was already paying you keeps paying: your residuals on your own customers and your overrides on customers who were already active and credited to the Affiliates you signed up on the date you leave. Those payments continue for as long as those customers stay active, paying and eligible. Your payout and tax information must also stay current. Sales and customers that come in after you leave earn you nothing.
Legacy payouts are open to every partner. If something happens to you while you’re in good standing, such as your death or a permanent disability, the payments already being paid to you can continue to a beneficiary you named and OrenGen accepted, under the Legacy Payout Program’s written terms. The program is not insurance, an annuity or a survivorship benefit, and payments continue only while the underlying customers stay active, paying and eligible. It does not guarantee any amount or length of payments.
OrenGen also offers bonuses, contests and other incentives from time to time. Each one runs under its own written rules, posted in the partner portal or sent to you. They’re optional, they can change or end, and they aren’t part of your standing rates. No bonus, contest or other incentive is guaranteed, and none is a promise of income.
OrenGen does not publish income figures, earnings projections, typical earnings or worked income examples for WeShare. If anyone, including another partner, shows you an income figure, it describes that person’s outcome only and does not predict yours. Past results of the program or of any partner do not mean you will achieve similar results.
Affiliates earn when a customer credited to them under the program rules pays, plus any override on cleared sales by Affiliates they personally sign up. Referral links are tracked for 1 year from the click, by a cookie and the visitor’s IP address recorded by the partner portal at partners.orengen.io. If more than one partner sent the same visitor, the last partner they clicked through gets the credit. Tracking can fail, for example when a visitor clears cookies or changes devices.
WeShare requires every partner to disclose their relationship with OrenGen clearly and conspicuously whenever they promote OrenGen or WeShare, in any public forum, on social media or in other communications. Put the disclosure next to the recommendation or link, in plain words such as “I earn a commission if you buy through my link.” The words “affiliate link” on their own are not enough. This follows the FTC’s Guides Concerning Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255), which call for clear disclosure of material connections such as commissions.
No cold calling and no cold texting: never call or text anyone about OrenGen unless they’ve given prior express written consent. Partners may share the published rates and program rules, but may not make income claims, earnings projections or lifestyle claims about WeShare. Failing to disclose, or making an income claim, breaks the WeShare program terms, can make a promotion deceptive under federal law, and may result in termination.
