How OrenGen subscriptions are billed, renewed, cancelled and delivered.

Policy Overview: These Service Terms apply to OrenWeb, OrenAgents, OrenSocial and OrenNexus subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and refunds follow our Refund Policy. You own your content and data, and you have seven (7) days to export it when service ends.
1. Scope and Order of Precedence
These Service Terms apply to subscriptions to OrenGen's OrenWeb, OrenAgents, OrenSocial and OrenNexus services purchased online. They are part of our Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you sign a separate written agreement with OrenGen (for example, an enterprise, government or RFP contract), that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Service Terms.
2. Plans, Prices and Setup Fees
- Plans and prices are those shown on orengen.io or in your checkout at the time of purchase.
- Plans with a one-time setup fee are charged that fee at the start of service. Promotional offers, such as a setup fee waived on an annual plan, apply only as stated in the offer.
- Prices do not include taxes unless stated. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
3. Billing and Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel.
- Annual plans are a 12-month term.
- We may change plan prices with at least thirty (30) days' notice before your next renewal. The new price applies from that renewal.
4. Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time by emailing support@orengen.io or using the cancellation option in your account, if available.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Partial periods are not refunded or prorated.
- For annual plans, cancellation stops the next renewal. The remaining months of the current 12-month term are not refunded.
5. Right of Rescission and Refunds
You may cancel within three (3) business days of purchase and receive a full refund if you have not accessed, activated or used the service, as described in our Refund Policy. Otherwise, all sales are final and no refunds are issued.
6. Non-Payment
- If a payment fails and is not resolved, we may suspend or cancel your services.
- After cancellation for non-payment, you have seven (7) days to export or transfer your data. After that, access ends and your data is deleted within thirty (30) days.
7. Your Content and Data
- You own the content and data you provide or that your account collects, including your text, images, logos, contacts and customer records.
- You give OrenGen permission to host, process and use that content only to provide the services to you.
- When your service ends for any reason, you have seven (7) days to export your data. We provide CRM and contact data as CSV files and media in its original file formats. After that, your data is deleted within thirty (30) days.
8. OrenWeb Websites
- The website design, code, templates, theme and hosting configuration that OrenGen creates for an OrenWeb subscription remain OrenGen's property and are licensed to you only while your subscription is active. They are not transferable unless you have an enterprise agreement that says otherwise.
- A domain name you purchased in your own name belongs to you. If OrenGen registered a domain for you, we transfer it to you on request once your account is paid in full.
- Your own content on the site remains yours, as described in Section 7.
9. OrenAgents (AI Voice and Chat)
- Scope and usage are confirmed before activation. Usage limits and any overage or messaging fees are those stated on the plan page or in your order.
- You are responsible for having all consents required by law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and state laws, before OrenAgents calls, texts or messages any person on your behalf. OrenAgents may not be used for cold texting or AI calls to people who have not consented.
- AI agents can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing scripts, settings and handoff rules, and for decisions you make based on AI output.
10. OrenSocial (Social Media Management)
- OrenSocial manages your social accounts using the access and brand assets you provide. You confirm you have the right to grant that access and to use those assets.
- Social platforms set their own rules and can change features, reach or access at any time. OrenGen is not responsible for platform decisions.
11. OrenNexus (CRM and Email)
- You are responsible for the contacts you upload and for sending email and messages that comply with the law, including CAN-SPAM, and for honoring opt-outs.
- Sending limits apply per plan.
12. Health Information
Do not upload or process protected health information (PHI) through OrenGen's services unless OrenGen and you have signed a Business Associate Agreement. A Business Associate Agreement is available on request for eligible plans.
13. Third-Party Services
OrenGen's services rely on third-party providers, including payment, hosting, telephony, AI and email providers. Their terms may also apply, and OrenGen is not responsible for their outages or changes.
14. Availability and Support
We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the services available and to respond to support requests. No uptime or response-time guarantee applies unless it is in a separate written agreement.
15. No Guaranteed Results
OrenGen does not guarantee specific business results, revenue, rankings, leads or sales from any service.
16. Changes to These Service Terms
We may update these Service Terms. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes, we also email active subscribers at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.
