Solutions · Automation & Integration
OrenGen designs and builds workflow orchestration and API integrations for teams whose leads, requests and records pass through too many tools. We connect capture, CRM, booking and follow-up into one governed flow, and a person approves every outbound campaign before it runs.

The pattern
Work stalls in the gaps between tools: a form that only emails an inbox, a spreadsheet someone updates by hand, a calendar the CRM never hears about. We close those gaps with one flow that every system reads from and writes to.
Step 01
Forms, chat and inbound calls land in one intake, with the source and the person’s consent choice stored alongside.
→
Step 02
Rules remove duplicates, qualify the request and assign it to the right person, so nothing waits in a shared inbox.
→
Step 03
Contact, stage and history write to your CRM: OrenNexus™ or another CRM with a published API.
→
Step 04
Qualified contacts get a scheduling link; confirmations and reminders follow, and the meeting lands on the right calendar.
→
Step 05
Email, plus text or voice for contacts who opted in, runs on a schedule and stops the moment someone opts out.
Illustrative pattern, not a live demo. In a Mission Brief we map it to the systems you actually run, and the steps change to fit them.
What we build
Each engagement starts with the handoffs that cost you the most time or the most leads, and each workflow is designed so your team can see what it did and why.
Multi-step workflows with branching logic, retries and failure alerts, built on n8n, the source-available workflow engine, or on the automation layer inside OrenNexus when the CRM is the center of the process.
Connections through published APIs and webhooks, so records move between your CRM, forms, calendars, billing and internal tools without anyone re-typing them.
Forms, chat and intake flows that collect what your team needs to qualify a request, with a separate, unchecked consent choice for follow-up by text or voice.
Scheduling tied to routing rules and availability, with confirmations, reminders and reschedules written back to the CRM record.
Email sequences, plus text or voice for contacts who opted in, triggered by pipeline stage or inactivity. Opt-outs carry across every connected system.
Source, pipeline and response-time reporting drawn from the same records the workflows write, with an alert when a flow fails or a lead goes untouched.
Governed by design
Automation takes over the repetitive handoffs. The judgment calls stay with your people. We design each flow with a named person accountable for it, a record of every run and a way to pause it.
Governance & Security →Packaged or custom
Some teams need CRM automation, not an integration project. Others run processes that cross several systems and approval chains. The right starting point depends on which describes you.
Product
OrenNexus is OrenGen’s CRM, with pipelines, forms, email, SMS campaigns and automation workflows in one system. Professional plans include marketing automation flows; Premium adds custom workflows, API access and a unified conversational inbox.
Fits when your process runs through one pipeline and you want CRM and follow-up in the same place.
Engagement
A scoped build that connects the systems you already depend on through their published APIs, with workflows designed around your approval chain and data-handling rules.
Fits when work crosses several systems, needs sign-off at defined points, or involves data that has to stay inside your environment.
What is workflow orchestration?
It’s the logic that moves work between systems in order: a form is submitted, a record is created, a team member is assigned, a meeting is offered and a follow-up is scheduled, with a record of each step. Orchestration replaces the manual copy and paste between tools, not the people who make the decisions.
Which tools do you build with?
Orchestration is built on n8n, a source-available workflow engine, or on the automation layer inside OrenNexus when the CRM is the center of the process. Other systems connect through their published APIs and webhooks.
Will automated follow-up contact people who haven’t opted in?
No. Text and voice follow-up goes only to contacts who opted in, opt-outs and do-not-contact lists are honored across connected systems, and a person approves every outbound campaign before it activates.
Do we have to move to OrenNexus?
No. OrenNexus is one option. If your team already runs a CRM with a published API, the flow can be designed around it.
How do we start?
Book a Mission Brief to map your current handoffs and where they break, or book a 30-minute Coffee Chat if you’d like a shorter first conversation.
Mission Brief
We’ll trace where leads, requests and records stall between your systems, and outline the flow that fixes it, with the guardrails your team needs to trust it.
