How OrenGen governs its own use of AI

The rules OrenGen applies when it uses AI in its own work and in the communications it runs: where a person must approve, how consent works before any AI call or text, how AI is disclosed, and how output is checked. It's for buyers, compliance teams and anyone who receives an AI-assisted message from us.

Our position

AI supports the people doing the work

We design AI to take on the repetitive parts of a job, such as first-pass writing, sorting and answering routine questions, so people have more time for the parts that need judgment. It's built to support staff, not to replace them.

That shapes every rule on this page. Where an output could commit OrenGen or a client to something, a person decides.

Where a person decides

  • Proposals, applications and filings prepared with AI
  • Payments
  • Outbound campaigns, before they activate
  • Legal-support outputs, which are reviewed by an attorney or the client

Operating rules

Six rules our own AI work runs under

They apply whenever OrenGen uses AI to write, contact, publish or submit anything, on its own behalf or a client's.

01

A person approves what goes out

Proposals, applications, filings and payments prepared with AI are prepared for human review, never sent autonomously. A person approves every outbound campaign before it activates.

02

Consent before contact

No AI voice calls or text messages to anyone who hasn't opted in. Do-not-contact lists and opt-outs are honored across every system we run.

03

Honest identity

Every message carries a truthful sender identity, and its subject line and claims say what the message actually is.

04

Evidence before claims

AI-generated material doesn't get to invent. Metrics, client results, reviews, credentials, prices and guarantees appear only when they come from a source record. Anything unverified stays out.

05

Private data stays private

Client and prospect personal information stays out of public pages, shared links and code repositories. Credentials and secrets are never pasted into chats or committed to code.

06

Support, not legal advice

Non-attorney disclosure. OrenGen Worldwide LLC provides legal operations support: contract review support, clause extraction and document workflow automation. OrenGen is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice or legal opinions, and does not represent clients. All legal-support outputs require review by a licensed attorney or by the client.

Calls, texts and email

Consent first, and clear disclosure

OrenGen's AI voice and messaging features are built for consent-based, opt-in communication. Our rule is that consent is given by the person, on a box they check themselves. It isn't inferred from a purchase, a referral or a business card handed over at an event.

Our Acceptable Use Policy (section 5.3) holds clients who deploy our voice agents to the same standard: identify the AI voice agent as automated at the start of the call, offer a human representative when asked, respect Do Not Call registries and opt-out requests, and record calls only with proper consent and disclosure.

Opting out

Anyone can stop our text messages by replying STOP. Do-not-contact lists and opt-outs are honored across every system we run.

Evaluation

Checking output before anyone relies on it

An AI system is only safe to rely on when its failure modes are known before it goes live. For the systems we build, evaluation belongs in the design: what the system is tested against, who reviews the results, and what gets re-checked when a model or a data source changes.

We work with leading commercial and open-source AI models, so a model change is a normal event, and the checks have to survive it.

Client responsibilities

What our Acceptable Use Policy asks of clients

Responsible use is shared. Section 5 of the Acceptable Use Policy sets these terms for anyone using OrenGen's AI systems.

Required

  • Disclose AI-generated or automated communications where law or industry standards require it
  • Review AI output for accuracy before using it in critical applications
  • Keep appropriate human oversight, especially of customer-facing communications
  • Monitor AI systems for bias and discriminatory outcomes
  • Respect privacy and data protection requirements

Not permitted

  • Generating illegal, harmful or deceptive content
  • Training AI models on data you don't have the rights to use
  • Deploying AI that discriminates against protected classes
  • Surveillance, tracking or monitoring without consent
  • Deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive
  • Automating decisions with significant legal or financial impact without human review
